Capgemini’s Get Success X FLOurishing Conversations Campaign Infographic and PDF Document.

I created a simplified version of the “Check-In Conversation model” from our FLOurishing Conversations Campaign to align with Capgemini’s new Get Success Campaign. Coming up with this design brought me a lot of joy and makes me smile to this day.

Career Path Personas

I created four personas depicting four different career path structures (Ladder, Lattice, Squiggly, and Portfolio). This graphic was used in a presentation to Capgemini stakeholders.

Capgemini’s Generative AI Campus Website Graphics

I had the opportunity to work with the team building Capgemini’s Generative AI learning platform where I created several banners, buttons, and other assets for their webpages.

Scrolling Infographic Email for Capgemini’s Learning, Talent & Culture Team

I designed this infographic email to highlight the LTC team's 2022 successes for stakeholders, and to thank the team members for their hard work. It was very fulfilling to gather all the statistics and celebrate the team's success.

I designed and illustrated this for the 2022 Capgemini Cares Day T-Shirt. It represents our connection to each other and our community despite years of isolation.

Talent Conversations Email Banner and Graphic

I created this email banner and graphic for Capgemini’s Talent Conversations initiative. It was created to supplement the information within an email, visually summarizing the use of the new career portal to demonstrate advancement readiness.

Capgemini Learner Journey Visualization Graphics

As part of the North American, and later the Global, learning teams, I designed a variety of assets for learning programs and pathways. I helped many colleagues with visual diagrams demonstrating user flows and learner-journeys of varying complexity. I really enjoyed the visual problem solving and analytical thinking that came with these projects.
